these days...

Hello friends!
I really wanted to blog these days, but things are are crazier than usual ... First return to work in the same place that used to work before we decide to move to Los Angeles, we are also working on our new house, designing and planning everything to have it ready before summer. I'm enjoying my parents, my husband and my daughter at all times possible :)
Life in Mexico City is good, and we are excited to be here with our family and friends.
I also miss LA, especially you guys ..... I really appreciate all your comments and sweet words, and I promise to keep you updated on our adventures :)

Hola amigos!
Tenía muchas ganas de hacer un blog en estos días, pero las cosas son están más locas de lo normal ... En primer regrese a trabajar en el mismo lugar que solía trabajar antes de que nos decidiéramos mudar a Los Ángeles, también estamos trabajando en nuestra nueva casa, tratando de diseñar y planificar todo para que este lista antes del verano. Estoy disfrutando de mis padres, mi esposo y mi niña en todo momento posible :)
La vida en la ciudad de México es buena, y estamos muy contentos de estar aquí con nuestra familia y amigos.
También extraño LA, principalmente a ustedes ..... Realmente agradezco todos sus comentarios y palabras dulces, y me comprometo a mantenerlas actualizadas de nuestras aventuras :)

Lacy Park

Yesterday we spend all day in Lacy Park, which is 5 minutes from our house, was an excellent day for picnic, chinese checkers and be lazy, enjoying the beautiful roses and winter breeze.

¿Cómo han sido sus días?

Dia de Muertos

November 2nd. we celebrate the day of the dead in Mexico, a tradition in which we remember our loved ones who are no longer with us.
November 1st, reminds children and november 2nd adults, we celebrate these days creating an altar with food, candy, flowers (cempasúchil), water, salt, fruit, pan de muerto, candles , tequila, paper cut and incense.

El 2 de noviembre celebramos el dia de muertos en Mexico, una tradicion en la cual recordamos a nuestros seres queridos que ya no estan con nosotros.
El dia primero se recuerda a los ninos y el dia dos a los adultos, se crea un altar con comida, dulces, flores (cempasúchil), agua, sal, fruta, pan de muerto, veladoras, tequila, papel picado, incienso y todo lo que a la persona ya muerta le gustaba.

the weekend was emotional, funny, sad, and in short a weekend shift.

1 .- My mom returned to Mexico, which saddens us, because these days she was with us was amazing .......and we`ll miss her a lot (love you mom)

2 .- On Friday we visited Solvang, a small Danish town hidden in 3 hours from Los Angeles, it is difficult to describe the beauty of this place with words, people are very friendly, the food is delicious......

3 .- This Wednesday Jimena back to school, I'm glad to see her so excited to see friends and meet her new teacher

........ was a great weekend!

I can`t believe it`s almost september, the summer pass sooooooooo fast!
